1. We provide APPs that can be downloaded to 90%
of smart phones. The APP will automatically
display a map of the user’s location along with
the property info for every listing that is in the
immediate area. A “ CALL AGENT ” button in the
APP will call you when the homebuyer has
questions.
2. For users without smart phones, we provide a
texting solution instead. Your rider signs will say
“ Text : Price To : 59559 ” When the user does this
they will receive the instructions to reply with the
street address. ( For example, “Text : 505
Madison
To : 59559 ) The information that is
returned will have “ Courtesy of : [Listing Agent] ”
but the contact
number will be yours.
